Okae dis year NAPFA was not a very good year ..
Very bad haul, alot of my stations deprove

Standing Broad Jump : 232 cm (last year 236 cm )

Shuttle Run : 9.5 sec ( last year 9.3 cm )

Sit and reach : 41 cm ( last year 47 cm )

Inclined Pull up : 40 ( last year 32 ) *improved

Sit-up : 55 ( last year 50 ) *improved

2.4 : 11.27 minutes

well, thats it .. if i can remember ..
I should retain my Gold award but wil still have that minor blemish
so will be 28/30
not nice liao the score .. but im still happy =D
